Disabling Sierra Chart and Denali datafeed

Hi there unfortunately I have to make a break and stopped my Sierra Chart plateform and Denali Datafeed. I guess I have to contact AMP to disable my Denali Datafeed. But how can I disable my Sierra Chart account? I can't find where I can manage that. Thanks for your feedback. Gregory |

Your account is not managed by AMP, so you can make the changes yourself. We see that the Service Package has been set to not renew already. The only other thing would be to disable the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the instructions here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#CancellingTheDenaliExchangeDataFeed_Package3Or5 Although your account does not have any Services Balance, which means that you can just leave everything as it is, and when the time comes, the services will not automatically renew since there is no money in the account.
