Hello, I've used the Global Settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts option several times, each time assigning keyboard keys to several tools and chart functions, but it does not save after exiting SC.
After closing a chartbook or exiting SC, upon returning the keyboard shortcuts assigned are no longer available. Same for Chartbook layout.

What am I missing?

Thanks.

Could you tell us the specific steps you are following with changing the keyboard shortcuts and specifically what you are changing and then we will run through a test.

Yes, sure. Global settings >> Customize Keyboard Shortcuts >> Select Tools >> Price retracement >> remove Ctrl, ALT and Shift, only choosing F9 >> click assign >> click OK.
Go to a chart, click F9 and draw a price retracement, it works. But, after closing chartbook and opening chartbook again, click F9 it does not activate Fib tool.

HOWEVER, I did all this again while typing this message to confirm and this time it saved. I know I assigned several keyboard short cuts yesterday and none of them saved today after logging in. Not sure where I went wrong yesterday. So, of course, as of right now it worked as it should. Clicking F9 still activates the Fib tool even after exiting SC and logging back in.

Thanks, not sure why it did not save from yesterday, even my new layout saved unlike yesterday.
