I have key shortcut for Rectangle as F12, but how to release after draw once

Hello I have key shortcut for Rectangle as F12, but when I press F12 it keeps drawings Rectangles one or other I like F122 to draw one rectangle and return mouse to crosshair where do I do this setting Kumaresh11
