Hi support, Sorry if this has been covered but i used sierra for a number of years and then there were many issues with rithmic as the data feed. Rithmic is still my preferred data feed due to trading through one of the prop firms. Can sierra be used with rithmic or not and if so can i test again for a couple of days? |

Yes you can use Sierra Chart with Rithmic. Is there any chance that you will have a SC order rounting to eurex with Rithmic? |

Regarding post #4 we have extended your trial. Is there any chance that you will have a SC order rounting to eurex with Rithmic?
This will not be with any other service provider. It will be direct to EUREX. There is no reason why we would do otherwise now that we have a presence in Frankfurt, and a relationship directly with Deutsche Borse.

so i connect but it throws me out of RTrader. I also have my chartbooks from before but even though i roll over the contract there are not charts to view
