MBO column order not reflecting on chart DOM Grpah

Hi, On monitoring FDAX orders on MBO column in 'Trade Chart Dom' and on 'Dom Graph on chart' window, noticed sometimes there are orders that flash on MBO Column but are not reflecting on Dom Graph. Also these flashing orders are not accessible via ASCIL even though are showing on 'Trade Chart Dom' and they don't get traded as no volume is showing on TimeSales window. Could it be that these orders get cancelled at lightning speed before price hit them ^^ but why are they not reflecting on 'Dom Graph on chart' and not accessible via ASCIL ( sc.GetBidMarketLimitOrdersForPrice, sc.GetAskMarketLimitOrdersForPrice - for accessing the market by order data) even though they do show on MBO column. Attached is a screenshot showing actual 50 order reflected on Dom Graph and another 50 order(flash) not on Dom Graph. Thanks.
