Yes according to TT it has been resolved. There is no configuration change to use your TT trading account with Dorman. The same as always.

You are saying that the connectivity with Denali and Dorman is back to normal but I received an email from AMP Futures on Feb 21, 2021 asking their customers to switch to CQG. So, I have an account on both CQG and Dorman. If I continue with Denali as is, can I access Dorman and AMP Futures? Can you please clarify? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-02-23 12:34:14

If I continue with Denali as is, can I access Dorman and AMP Futures? Yes.In the case of AMP, you need to have a separate installation of Sierra Chart to use with CQG: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Introduction Both of them can use the Denali data feed. Is the AMP scenario using CQG, is that temporary or permanent? Please confirm If I use my Denali with Dorman now, I will not be able to access my AMP account then unless a create a separate install for CQQ - correct?

We have been told that the stopping of support for TT with AMP is permanent. If you want to access both your Dorman account and AMP account, it is best to have two separate installations. As long as these are on the same computer, you do not need to pay any additional fees and you can get the Denali data to both installations at the same time. Thanks. Having 2 instances of Sierra Chart running on the same computer can be resource intensive. Any comments on how to optimize it?

You really should not have any issues with running 2 copies on the same computer, as long as you have a relatively decent computer. Some additional questions: 1. Does this mean that I need to pay for a CQG data fee in addition to Denali? 2. Is there a utility tool that would convert the chart from Denali to CQG? If so, can you provide instructions and/or reference? |

1. No, just let your broker know that that you do not need the CQG data. 2. Can I use the same process to translate between Interactive Brokers and Denali? Also, the translation applies to all charts in the chartbook - correct?

Yes, you can use the Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to change all of the symbols in the Chartbook to whatever the Current Service is, including Interactive Brokers.
