TT to CQG feed issues

Hello, I received my login information for my CQG feed due to AMP changing from TT to CQG for order routing. I can't get my charts on Sierra Chart to update anymore (they will load to the correct spot when they open but then they don't move when I watch the chart on Trading View, for example). I also don't know if the DOM works. Anyways, I don't know enough about this yet to troubleshoot, so I thought I would start with asking about my account and if I have the Denali package for data and CQG for order processing? It looks like you have not gone through the Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart software to your CQG account.
