Hello team, I am seeing an scary inconsistance here, I am attaching the screenshots of the volume bars I am reffering to, this is the ES. I would expect to see my BidAsk Volume to be in favour of the sellers, as my volume bar is negative (black candles are negative volumes, I couldnt upload that screenshot as well, as I reached the attachment limit). Could you please help me to understand this inconsistency? Thank you! Cheers |

This is not within the scope of our support. If you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, the data you see must be accurate.

Should I then contact another area? If I see inconsistency with the data, as you can clearly see on the screenshots I shared here, then I guess I should at least be redirected somewhere else to dig deeper into this. I use volume as a very strong indicator of strenght/weakness, so I do want to trust on what I see, that is consistent with the price action. Thanks |

I am attaching another study, this one is the Ask/Bid Volume Difference Bars, compared with the Volume study. I picked 3 examples, but there are way more. So please, could you explain to me why I see this huge difference? Am I using the studies wrong? Do I have a wrong expectation? As I understand if Ask volume > Bid Volume => volume bar should be green. |
