PLease could you please clarify which is the intention of Sierra about TT and AMP? You did change direction more than one time about (comprensible but challenging) on how to move on and friday you did write a long statement where it was clear that you will do CQG API for time till TT will return in place and you will release your own routing. Now I read this where you say no more TT routing with AMP. AMP is not answering to my mail about the same question since 3 days. NOT to automatically change the stop and profit based on entry thx |

Just got right now an offical mail from AMP stating no more TT available and also for EUREX!! This is unacceptable, on Eurex everytinng was fine, if you do not maintain TT for EUrex I will leave SC too. I'm tired to be used as a pin g pong ball. EUREX on TT must be maintenied there's no any reason to not do that. |

So the option for now (or forever...) is to use Denali for data and CQG for routing or CQG for both

So after reding your last post I'm out of trading for 1 year since I use bracket orders and you say you don't support them 6. Are server-side bracket orders supported with CQG? Not through Sierra Chart because we have seen problems, with the way those orders are managed on the CQG side. We have not supported them with the CQG Web API. We will have a look at this again to see what we can do in the meantime to support them through the CQG Web API assuming no technical complications. and I trade Eurex and I was very happy about hte new datafeed and now I can't use it anymore 7. Will EUREX trading be supported through the Sierra Chart order routing service? EUREX was mainly supported through AMP through that service. And since they have removed support for TT FIX, you would have to check with other brokers to see which ones support EUREX on TT. As far as direct routing to the EUREX, on the Sierra Chart order routing service, we do intend that but really it is not likely to come until significantly later. Hard to give a time estimate but should be within the year, 2021, if we do proceed with it (No guarantees yet though). So tell me alsio privately if you want who is the broker (that has no issue with you, because in the last year you questioned about IB, CQG, Rithmic) that can use your routing service because I can't stay 1 year waiting you to make the eurex connected or I will simply close eveything amp and sierra because you leave me no other solution to trade eurex. |

6. We will look at server-side bracket orders with CQG again. Just so you know there is not a lot of EUREX trading on the Sierra Chart order routing service. It is overwhelmingly CME Group. And our recommendation regarding CQG has always been if you are just trading the CME group markets, we recommend the Sierra Chart order routing service. It did not apply to EUREX. Even though we dislike Interactive Brokers , have a look at them for EUREX trading if you are looking for server-side bracket orders at this time: Interactive Brokers Trading Service You can still use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with Interactive Brokers. thx right now I moved to CQG DESKTOP with no interacton with Sierrachart I do not want to spend my time managing support ticket because order are not sent out properly. I suggest since you made a lot of effort on Eurex datafeed to accelerate as much as possible the order routing on that because otherwise is less attractive to stay with, in this disintermediate solution we have right now. Regarding IB is not only about the tech solution is about money, they apply an intraday margin that is higher than the full overnight manintenance (about 3keuro comapred to 725$ of AMP and of my Italian Bank/broker) and they apply double the comminssion of AMP, so they get money to do nothing just because of their brand. We will find out about what broker supports EUREX on the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, for you though.
In the mean time I'm also searching and I find out a broker with margins (40% higher but 1/3 of IB!!) and commission similar to AMP https://tradefutures4less.com/futures-trading-platforms/ they have sierrachart and seem with Rithmic too not only CQG, I red that they are close to deliver order routing with you if I undesrtood well. Just FYI TF4LESS is part of stage 5 and they work with TT too, can you be so kind to confirm to me if they can be a broker to use on Eurex using SC/TT order routing? I need to find out a solution that let me autotrading in an efficient and reliable way like it was with AMP, never had any issue sending or cancelling orders and with good speed, really sad for what is going on. Another possible candidate it is Advantage futures still need to check out if is it possible to reduce margins. thx |

Until we have our direct routing to EUREX, you could look at Advantage futures and we are checking with other brokers/firms supporting EUREX over TT.
