Good morning, I use two monitors for my trading and I have a couple of questions for you. 1.as you can see in screen01.png, the chart on the right side shows the main menu (file, edit, chart etc) but not the sierra chart control bar. In screen02.png (MNQ charts) I have on the right side the sierra chart control bar but not the main menu Why this happens? Is there something I can do to have main menu ad SC control bar at the same time as in the left side of the attached images? When markets are open and I want to add/remove lines, text, tools, studies or change time frames, I have to switch from main menu and SC control bar, depending on the chart I am working on at that moment and it is frustrating (at least) 2.when I use the Windows and Chartbooks (screen03.png), the detached windows on monitor n.2 'comes back home' to monitor n.1. The problem is that when I click on the OK button, Sierra Chart automatically closes itself, simply it shuts down and this happens 100% of the time when I use Windows and Chartbook for one chartbook only but not with the other two chartbooks that I use. And when I restart sierra, nothing has changed, the detached window is still detached. How can avoid this to happen again? thank you |

1. To have both Menu and Control Bar on a detached window do the following: - Select Chart >> Show Menu. Refer to the following: Chart Menu: Show Menu (Chart menu) - On the detached window turn on the desired Control Bar. Refer to the information here: Control Bar: Window >> Control Bars >> Control Bar [1-12] 2. We are not able to reproduce either of the situations that you describe in here - Detached chart moving from Screen 2 to Screen 1, and Sierra Chart closing on selecting OK on the Windows and Chartbooks window. Can you attach your Chartbook to this thread following these instructions for us to take a look: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching a File (Optional) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for your kind reply. Unfortunately and contrary to what i yesterday wrote, today problem n.2 appears also with another chartbook: when I click on the OK button in Windows and Chartbook (as in screenshot n.3 in the previous message), Sierra Chart automatically shuts down. I attach both files. Best regards |

We are unable to reproduce the problem even with your chartbooks. Please tell us the exact sequence of events you go through to reproduce the issue starting from when you open the Windows and Chartbooks window.
