Hello, can you tell me the TT Service is available back again to AMP? I got the information from AMP that they did not get any summary Report about the failure this week? AMP told every GQC User to change because TT is much more stable and now the had a very big failure this week. thanks for your feedback best regards |

You need to ask AMP about this. They have put their own halt on trading through TT.

But the want to have a summary report from you. Until you not provide these report, the recommendation from AMP is, to move to CGQ.

TT has resolved their issues and our connectivity to TT is just fine. From our end of things, everything is fine with the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service using TT. But, AMP has put their own hold on trading through TT. This is their choice and is something you would need to talk to them about.
