Hi, when I set EURUSD chart setting tick size (and price display format) to 0.0001 instead of 0.00001, it still display chart with increment of 0.00001 instead of 0.0001. Why is that? I would have expected that each tick on the chart itself would be 0.0001. |

Tick size and the number of digits to display are controlled separately. Refer to the following setting: Chart Settings: Price Display Format (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

But why when I set tick size to 0.0001 (3 zeros), does the chart still increments in 0.00001 (4 zeros) tick?

That means that the actual data from the exchange is at 4 zeros.

Certainly, but I was expecting I could enforce a zero less. So that is not possible?

If you only want to see the 3 zeros, then you need to change the Price Display Format.
