No Market Depth in some Eurex Markets

I have done the troubleshooting self help guide, but issue is not resolved. TT feed thru Advantage. Market depth is only displaying for some Eurex markets (no CME issues). I have depth for FOAT (although it looks VERY incomplete..very thin, and when I place an order the size I place does NOT show up on depth), and no depth at all for Bund, Eurostoxx etc. volume traded and last price do both display.

this has happened again....log included as well as screenshot. getting market depth and data for some Eurex products but not all. in this instance, working normally for Bund, but not FOAT, Eurostoxx also affected
