Not getting delayed data feed

Hi. I have setup a trial of sierra chart and after my trial I will continue with package 5. I just want to use the free delayed data for now. I am not getting any data at all to my platform though. Could you please advise how I can start recievinbg the delayed data feed? Thanks |
