I have started the process of moving from IQ feed to the Denali Eurex Exchange but I don't think I have done it correctly. When I go into "Chart Settings" I am looking for the symbol "FDAXH21-Eurex" which doesn't seem to be in the list - obviously I must have done something wrong - please can you help? P.S. I only trade off the DAX Futures so want the same chart functionality that I already have but want to take advantage of SC's Denali feed including the free trial through February. |

The first issue is that you have not activated the EUREX exchange. You can do this on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedNonCME With regards to: When I go into "Chart Settings" I am looking for the symbol "FDAXH21-Eurex" which doesn't seem to be in the list
Are you going to Chart >> Chart Settings and then selecting the "Find" button next to the Symbol entry? Are you not seeing the EUREX symbols on that page? Also, you can just convert your existing symbols to the new ones by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the following: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
