Hi, I have signed up for SC package 11 (with the Denali data feed) but I can't see live data on the platform. I have signed all the agreements and paid for the fees but I still can't seem to be able to get live data. Could you please help me enable live data?

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you for your response John. I have an account with AMP, how can I connect to my trading account on the Sierra Chart platform? I thought AMP would enable the settings on their end...I already put a request with them to get TT, do I need to do anything on the Sierra Chart side as well to connect to my AMP account?

We assume by the statement that "I already put a request with them to get TT..." that you are referring to the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. In that case, you need to follow these Setup Instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions Once you get setup with that service then you will be able to get the Real-Time data. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
