Hello! I am a new user trying to confirm the status of my account. It appears that my login credentials work, however the only account type that's available is SIM and the datafeed is delayed. My account with AMP is funded, so I just don't know if I'm missing something or if there is still something I need to do to get the platform up and running. You are not fully setup. In order to point you in the right direction, we need to know what trading service are you set to use with AMP (CQG or Sierra Chart Order Routing/TT)?
