Update to the latest Pre-Release (v2231) following these instructions:

With regards to the Professional status, that is only in relation to the CME Group. If you are interested in getting data for the CME Group, then you will need to fill out the CME Exchange Agreements and you will need to enter your trading account information. Refer to the following for more information on the need for a trading account with the CME Group:
