Hi, I opened Sierra Charts this morning and got an error message that "can't connect to the data feed"...what is going on?...

Your account is expired. This would be why you are not able to get any data. If you have a different account that you use, then you need to login to this Support Board with that account and post from that account. You can update this thread letting us know that you have logged in with your new account. AMP has asked me to change my password due to a possible breach they had but the account is the same...so why shows that has expired?

AMP took you off their internal billing with us on January 29, 2021. This is probably where the confusion is coming from, as you were paying for Sierra Chart through AMP previously. Due to this change, your account was not setup to automatically renew through your services with us directly. You will need to talk with AMP about this change.
