You are getting the following errors: Error getting address info for api.cqg.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known.
It looks like your computer is having a problem with the Domain Name Service (DNS) and is not able to find the IP address properly. This is not a Sierra Chart issue, but is a local network issue on your side. We do not know why you would be having this issue. Try restarting your computer.
