Hi SC I have an active TT-Setup with AMP Clearing. I pay for Live Feed EUREX in AMP I have also DENALI and EUREX Live Feed with SC With this setup, is it still possible to use "SC Data - All Servies (data)" as Data Service Settings? I do currently struggle to receive feeds with this Data Source. Furthermore, has the change to historical EUREX data already been implemented? Is there anything (data package) I need to order or any change in settings such that I can use these new historical EUREX data solution? Thank you. |

Hi I have updated to the newest version 2230 I have done the symbol setting update from server. >> still same problem: - I dont have any historic data from EUREX products. - Pls note, the issue is only with EUREX futures Pls see attached printscreen --> it loads only intraday data for EUREX, but cannot go further back. --> it loads full data for CBOT Thanks |

Dear Sir I use the same chartbook for CBOT and EUREX Futures. With CBOT everything looks good. With EUREX futures I have no historic data. >> this chartbook used to work perfectly with EUREX futures before. Now it does not anymore. There must be some issue with my migration to the new Denali Eurex solution. Pls refer to the following attachments |

Hi - Many thanks for your help. The problem was solved by Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download"

Good. We did check our server regarding historical EUREX data and did not identify any problems. And we also now realize that some users need to be running 2230 and we have made that the main release. Those would be users who are not subscribing to real-time EUREX data.
