Hi, sorry for a basic question. I am trying to figure out how to input the numbers for the keltner channel. What I require is this as given by Linda Raschke "bands are based on an ATR function centered around a moving average. We use a value of 2.5 ATRs added to and subtracted from a 20-period exponential moving average to create our bands". I have used the following numbers, is this correct? Keltner Mov Av Length 20 True Range Avg Length 20 Top Band Multiplier 2.5 Bottom Band Multiplier 2.5 Keltner Mov avg type Exponential ATR Mov Avg type Wlders Will this give the same channel that Linda Raschke is refering to? Thanks for your help. |
