Hello I am using Sophos anti virus software and it is shutting down Sierra charts. Am able to log in but when I start a a chart book, sierra charts shuts down. If I disable Sophos the chart book loads normally. Went to support board to find out how to correct this problem as indicated on the system notification message. Was not able to find the link to do this on the support board. Can use point me in the right direction or tell me how to correct this problem. Thank you |
