Can't replay Flex Renko chart

After many repetitions, I believe I am correctly following the instructions at https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ReplayChart.html#BasicInstructions. None of the 11 messages turned up by a search on "replay flex renko" recognizably applies to my current issue.

Here are the replay conditions:

Settings are to replay the single flex renko chart at 30x speed beginning at 2010-02-10, 09:30:00. Jump method is To Next Bar. When beginning the replay, the desired starting bar is the last bar visible at the extreme right of the screen.

I have tried both Standard Replay and Accurate Trading System replay modes and all three options for clearing trade data (not that I imagine they affect the outcome.)

To avoid any possible complications, the chart DOM is off, and auto trading is disabled. Two alert-based systems are on the list of studies, but neither is enabled. (Once replay itself is working, I will want to apply alert-based buy and sell entries and exits during the replay.)

Despite all this, the replay fails. After the data is reloaded and the analyses are recalculated, the chart reappears on the last screen of yesterday's trading.

What am I doing wrong?

Can you please give us a screenshot of what you are seeing after the reload and the replay is should be starting.

As you see, the chart reverts to the latest window of data available. Nothing else changes.

Does the checkbox for Use Start Date-Time on the Replay Control Panel have the checkmark in it?

Start the Replay.

When the chart reloads and the replay should be running, but is not, then provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I had to shut the program down and start again. Don't know what the problem was, but this has resolved it. Thanks again.
