I must be missing something. I can only get a one color bar on the numbers bar(see image). These are 30 min. bars.

The reason for what you are seeing is due to your Chart Setting for Graph Draw Type being set to Point and Figure XO. If you change that to Candlestick or OHLC, then you will get the coloring correctly.
