am I asuming right, that wenn I bought SP 5 for 6 months (so its running till mid june or so) then I can only switch to 11 once the time I already payed for is over, right? As having denali too and would make sense to switch to 11 anytime.

You can change your package at any time. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. and btw I did activate the new EUREX feed (at least 1 hour ago), did start sierra new, but dont get data.

For right now, the EUREX data is only available when you have your service set to SC Data - All Services. ok I am on 2226 I have the denali Feed active What means: no exchanges have to be active??? and what is "SC Data - All Services" ? ********** If you are using some other service and need to have access to real-time EUREX data, then do not update to 2227. And instead use the main release which is 2226. AND: User needs the Denali Exchange Data Feed active. No exchanges have to be active. Just saw you removed the 20% option from package 10+11 that was still available friday. I wonder what is package 10+11 then good for at all, if it does not provide any advantage vs having eg package 5+denali separately?

understand. as a suggestion I would think it would be a good idea, to send links to announcements like that to all users. because I do not regularily look at the support board just to eventually find some info on changes in pricing, or other stuff u do anounce through the board. so why not just send an email to everybody anytime you post like important stuff any user should be aware of? |

If there is something important we will communicate it through a System Notification Message in Sierra Chart. Not an email. We would receive too many complaints about sending emails. And also, since pricing is effectively unchanged at this time, there really is nothing of consequence to be communicating. Hello I would like to change my plan from 5 to 11, but I have still 84 days left in my plan. If I update the plan am I going to lose the remaining days? Because I paid for the 6 months package, and I wouldn't want to waste those money. Thanks in advance Riccardo |
