do I understand correctly that as of January I dont have any historical data except current current contract with CQG? I have an account with Tradovate Can I switch to Denali then? I dont see tradovate/cqg as supported trading services by Sierra. Does it mean I have to pay 109,20 for CME data? If I do understand everything correctly, then i am left with no choice but to stop using Sierra because my tradovate membership is 1 year prepaid |

You understand correctly that as of December 28, 2020 we stopped supplementing the CQG historical data, and you are now getting the data that CQG has available. Yes, you can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. We do not know why you are stating that CQG is not listed a trading service, as you are connecting to CQG with your system right now. Therefore, there would not be anything special you would need to do in order to qualify for the lower priced Non-Professional exchange rates. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

What you will want to do is change to Service Package 11. Even if you do not pay the exchange fee, you will still get the historical data available with the Denali Exchange Data Feed to use with CQG. However, you should pay the CME exchange fee so all of your data comes from a unified source which is the Denali Exchange Data Feed. As long as you are nonprofessional you can use the lower cost nonprofessional fee. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.
Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. So i basically continue logging in the same way into my tradovate cqg trading service, with only difference that I have to activate Denali datafeed and mark in trading service settings to enable this feed, and translate symbols thereafter? Do I understand everything correctly? |

You understand correctly, although you do not need to "Translate Symbols". If you are going to continue to be connected to CQG, then the symbols stay the same.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Many thanks for you help All works just perfect, the feed is great, it takes few seconds to download what used to take many minutes on cqg |
