Does the upcoming Eurex datafeed within Denali use an access point located in Europe / Germany or in the US like SC order routing ?

Yes it comes out of Frankfurt Germany. And also if you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, use Server 3 for order routing in Germany. You do not have to use a US server.
