The message you are receiving about the $36 USD is related to the fact that you have selected Package 5 for your automatic renewal, therefore you will need to have that amount in your account when the renewal comes due (February 19, 2021 in this case). But, this should not have anything to do with your ability to run Sierra Chart at this time, or for you to use the TPO charts at this time. Right now, you are still on the Trial, which gives you the full capabilities of the system.
