Hi Team, I am trying to setup my DOM but Bid&Ask Depth Bars are not displaying. Kindly can you please guide me what i am doing wrong.

To begin with, the symbol NAS100 is a CFD and does not have Market Depth with it. Thanks for the reply but now i got confused. I had paid 66 USD for Advanced MBO + Denali Data Feed (Monthly). Does this mean i have to pay on top of 66 USD to get Denali Data Feed?

Yes, you need to pay the exchange fees for whatever exchanges you activate. The inclusion of the Denali Data Feed is just the data feed fee and not the exchanges.
