Hi,

I am struggling with the difference between tick and time charts.

I have read all of the guidance, set my charts to intraday only and avoided putting lines outside of current price movements.

Please can you advise if there is anything I can do?

Thank you,

We assume you are referring to drawings changing when you change the timeframe of a chart (or are copying the drawings). If this is the case, then refer to the information here:

It is, thank you.

I have referred to the documentation and taken all the measures however still is as you see.

Is this then the best I can make it? ie either time or tick charts should be used but not both or is there something I am missing?

You have to consider how the anchor points for the drawing are being mapped from one chart to the other and then you may be able to make it work by ensuring that the anchor points are placed in a way that they get mapped to where you want them to be.
