Dears I have account opened with AMP. Would like to be independent from AMP but I understand the minimum is providing orders transactions through AMP - am I wright? How about paying for SC, denali, how about routing. I would need CME and Eurex. CME - if I have SC directly I would need to buy only Top of the book through AMP for $3 as I still need level II data. Eurex - how about costs for eurex. I would prefer to have let's say constant costs (platfrom, exchanges fees, etc.) through SC and transactional costs can go through AMP if it is needed. And do you issue a kind of bill where it is stated what was paid for, for wich period - somethng like a monthly costs statement to have everuthing in one place and easy form to follow to accountant. Please advise. Thank you |

You are correct that you need AMP as the broker to deal with the order transactions. Right now you are only paying for your Sierra Chart software through AMP. Therefore, if you add additional services, you would be paying for them to us directly. You can change your setup to pay for your Sierra Chart software directly to us. You just need to let AMP know to make this change. You will find the list of prices for our packages on this page: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages In order to get the CME Data you would need to be on Package 10 (equivalent to Package 3 you have now plus the Denali Exchange Data Feed). You would then need to activate the exchange(s) you want. Refer to the information on the following page, including Setup Instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed We do not understand what you mean by "...I would need to buy only Top of the book through AMP for $3 as I still need level II data." If you need Level 2 data, then you would just need to activate the appropriate exchange in the Denali Exchange Data Feed that includes the Market Depth data. With regards to the EUREX data, just wait a few more days. We are finishing up our new connection to the EUREX which will be part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Thank you and 1- if I already have cme and eurex for the current month and switch to denali both for cme and eurex will I have to pay again for the ongoing month? 2- SC order routing service will be also avaible for eurex .10 USD or .xx EUR per contract per side? |

1. With regards to the Exchange Fees, you are billed the full monthly amount regardless of when you activate the exchange within the month, and you are only able to use the exchange for the remaining time in the month. For example, if you activate the "Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals" which costs $31.20 on February 20, 2021, you will pay the full $31.20 for February 20 through February 28. Therefore, you would be best served to wait until the beginning of a month to avoid paying twice. 2. AMP does offer the ability to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service with EUREX. The Order Routing Fee is $0.10 per side. Just keep in mind that is just the Order Routing Fee, there are other fees that you pay for each order to AMP. So if I already bought for this month CME and Eurex both from AMP/CQG and I change this month to Denali for CME and Eurex I will have to pay again for this month for exchanges - is that correct?

Yes, that is correct. This is simply due to the exchanges not giving refunds. Again, we recommend letting AMP know that you will be stopping data on February 28 and then starting the Denali Feed on March 1.
