FXCM data lagging

Hi I signed up with the sierra chart advanced package and was using the fxcm forex data with no problems. However I just signed up to the sierra chart routing service using the denali data feed and now when I use a fxcm forex pair the bars are lagging to load. The price on the right side of the screen is still moving up and down but the price bars arent loading. Was just wondering if there is a way to fix this Thanks |

Does the chart indicate that historical data is being downloaded or it is waiting to download historical data?

I ended up restarting sierra and then the historical data is being downloaded came up then waited a day to see if it would lagg again but it hasnt so problem solved just needed to be restarted. Thanks |

Most likely there just was a lot of historical data that needed to be initially downloaded. So this was just a one time extended wait for all the data to be downloaded.
