I've activated Denali and SC Order Routing, however my charts have the "Waiting to Download Historical Data" message on them (it's been more than 10 minutes) and the chart is not updating (new bars are not being created). I tried shutting down and re-opening, but no change. Please advise. Thanks.

Well depending upon how much data has to be downloaded, depending about how many days the charts are set to load, and the speed of your Internet connection it could take some time.
