I am considering making a change to my subscription, and canceling my platform, package 5 and Sierra Data. I just made a payment. It reads: is too low to cover next months fee of 35 USD for the additional
services enabled for your Sierra Chart account. What exactly was this payment for, and if I cancel, is it refundable or pro- rated back to my charge card?

We see a recent payment for 1 month at package 5 on your account on 2014-02-21.

Your Additional Services Balance for the Sierra Chart data feed is 0 USD.

Your expiration date for Sierra Chart usage time is 2014-3-27. It will end at that time. There is nothing to cancel.

I received this email today that reads:

Hello

Your Additional Service Balance of 0.00 USD
is too low to cover next months fee of 35 USD for the additional
services enabled for your Sierra Chart account.

You will need to make a payment of at least 35 USD using the link below:

I did remove the link as it was linked to my account

So if I do nothing, what will I be receiving from Sierra Charts? WIll I have package 5, and data still?

You will still have package 5 but not the Sierra Chart real-time data feed. So you are fine if you do not add credit to the Additional Services Balance.

So you are fine if you do not and credit to the Additional Services Balance.????? What?

So I am fine if I do not make a payment? And credit to the additional service balance for what? Okay, I pay for Sierra Charts, then I pay additional for Package 5, and then I pay for Data. If I do not make any payment, what exactly will I be receiving from Sierra Charts? If you can explain to me in detail, that would eliminate the confusion on my side. Please explain in a little more depth for my confusion. Thanks

There was a dictation error. We meant:

So you are fine if you do not add credit to the Additional Services Balance.

If you do not make a payment you will still have Sierra Chart package 5 usage time up until the ending date which you can see here:

Hi, I am having issues here. I had subscribed to your package 5 and your data. Since I use infinity/AT as my broker, and I am trying to cut some costs, I have decided to use Infinity/AT as my data. But because I have package 5 good until sometime towards the end of March, 2014, I was planning on using Sierra Charts for that, and then Infinity/AT White label charts for my other charts. I have my Sierra Charts opened, and two of my Footprint charts have live data, and two others do not, and my Sierra Charts Globex Candle tick charts are are not receiving live data either. So I thought I could open my Infinity/At charts and use those to trade my Globex candle tick charts, and use Sierra until my subscription to package 5 expires. I have opened my Infinity/AT charts, but I am not getting charts, I do have the DOM. Can I have Infinity/AT white label charts open at the same time as the Sierra Charts Platform open and get both charts up and running? As I am not able to do this at this time.

You can use both copies of Sierra Chart at the same time.

Although you really only need to use one copy of Sierra Chart which is using your own direct Sierra Chart account.

We recommend restarting Sierra Chart to ensure Sierra Chart is properly configured since the Sierra Chart data feed subscription on your account ended at the end of the month.

Please be more descriptive about "I am not getting charts". This is too vague for us to help with.

Let me rephrase, I am not getting live chart prices on most of my sierra charts. If I open a new chart with the same symbol, I get live current prices, but most of my charts are not updating past Fridays close, even they are configured to 24 hour globex. Two of my numbers bars are updating to current prices, but two are not. I have closed down and re-opened my Sierra Charts. Still the same issue. Saturday I was able to open

I closed my Sierra Charts, and opened my Infinity AT charts, and I get live Infinity White label charts updating fine. Now I opened my sierra charts and I getting sierra charts opened as well, so I am assuming I have to open infinity/AT white label first, and then Sierra charts, but I am still having the data issue on the Sierra Charts. Can you comment, or can you call me?

For the record, you can have more than one copy of Sierra Chart opened at the same time and in any order. They will not affect each other.

Well, I could not get it to open so there must be some issue there. I will continue to try over the next week, and let you know how it goes. Thanks
