Problems with Heatmap

Dear All; Something happened to my Heatmap and in the middle of trades it stopped working. I set it up at 189 and as you can see on my DOM there is plenty of orders above that number. However the Heatmap shows me only some occasional numbers below. Any advice? Thank you; |

Offhand, the only thing we can see is that the range of the data in the Chart is fairly large so it may be that where there would be a single line of data, it is so small that it is not visible. So the first thing would be to expand the scale (decreasing the total range of data displayed) and see if the data shows up in there. I have some technical difficulties. Once I follow your instructions and save this one chart to a new Chartbook on Sierra. How can I extract this Chartbook and save it on my desktop so I can attach it for you?
