Connecting Sierra to AMP

I opened an AMP account. Today, Through AMP, I opened a ticket to connect to Sierra. I intend to use Sierra Denali data feed. Is there anything I need to do here at this point? Thank you. |

If you intend to continue to use this existing account with AMP, then you will need to let them know that you already have an account with Sierra Chart and you want to use that account with AMP. Otherwise, they will assign you a new account and you will need to use that new one going forward. Thank you. As part of the paperwork I indicated I already have an account. Fingers crossed that works out. I need to activate a Denali trade data feed through Sierra yet. It won't allow me to do that until I have a trading account. I trust I can do that once the two are connected?

Are you also planning on using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, or are you going to use CQG for your trading?

It seems AMP established a new Sierra account under my name. I'm not sure what direction to take, but I'm going to call AMP in the morning to undo the new account and redirect to current account. Hope that works... |
