I have a live account with Amp futures. Why can I not get live charts? Is it sierra that isn't working for me or CQG?

AMP took you off their internal billing with us on January 29, 2021. Therefore, if you wish to continue to use Sierra Chart, you would need to pay for it directly with us. We have no insight as to why AMP took you off their billing. You would need to discuss that with AMP.
