Renewing & starting Denali trial without purchasing a 6 month package

Hi SC: I renewed my Package 5 this morning. I also wanted to try the Denali data feed. So I completed the docs, & I activated the CME non-professional (3.25/mo), but did not seem like I should supposed to purchase the Package 11, as I am not sure I would keep it. How do I start the 1 month trial, & if I keep it, will I be able to take advantage of Package 11 pricing? I've spent an hour reviewing all the documentation, & found it very confusing to start a 30 day trial, but renew without purchasing 6 months of data at the same time. It would seem there would be a 6 month data package unbundled to make it clearer if I want to continue w/ the Denali, but there is not. Please advise, & thank you.

First, we do not understand why you say that there is not an unbundled package, as there is. You would just use Package 5 for 6 months and then use enable the Denali Exchange Data Feed. But, it really does not matter as you can change your package at any time and the remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. Therefore, if you find you do not want to continue the Denali Exchange Data Feed after this month, then you can just switch to Package 5 for 6 months and your usage time will adjust accordingly. ------------------- For reference: To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
