I'm going to sound like an idiot but so be it. I am pretty sure I have been paying for 2 accounts. One thru Sierra and one thru amp.


I have the discounted package 5 through Amp and the data feed with them.

I have been sending in money to sierra when I need to reload, I just sent in $200 to sierra and it is not reflecting in the account. Is it possible to get a refund on this? acct # is 114016
