@Sierra Chart Engineering

Hi there, I am planning to open an account with AMP futures and use free Sierra option (pkg3) that hey offer.

So what I wanted to know is how to pay here only for Denali data feed and Sierra order routing service if I don´t need to pay the monthly fee for Sierra chart usage?

I was looking at my account options and I can´t find this option there on the "updated and renew" area.

I don´t need anything else than offered in Sierra pkg3, and for the data, I don´t need level 2 as I don´t trade using DOM.

I just wanted to confirm this: with level 1 data I still can see the bid/ask volumes that already traded, correct? Cumulative delta indicator will still work properly?

So from what I can see here on the fees, I would only have to pay US$23,25 per month for the data, plus 0.10 for each trade?

Is NYSE/NASDAQ stocks realtime data included here? How much historical data I get with Denali?

Thanks

It is simply a matter of where you want to make the payment. You can either pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed and/or your Order Routing Fees through AMP, or directly to us.

If you want to pay for them through us, then just add enough funds to your Sierra Chart account and setup the services you want following the Setup Instructions for the service. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the Denali Exchange Data Feed here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

If you want to pay for them through AMP, then let AMP know and they will work with you through the Setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

--------------------------

You do not need the Market Depth in order to see the traded Bid and Ask data. So the Cumulative Delta study will work fine without the Market Depth data.

--------------------------

You have your fees correct.

--------------------------

In order to get Real-Time stock data, you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange. Refer to the information here:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed

Ah I see. OK, and is it possible to have Denali and Sierra Exchange Data in the same instance of Sierra, receiving both data at same time?

I see here that the fee for NYSE equities is US$10,5 per month.

On the same page says:

For 250 Real-Time Symbols: 1st connection 25.00 USD/month

So I will have to pay US$35,5 extra to have NYSE stock data? What about those 250 symbols, can I choose what they are? Won´t it be redundant if the majority of those symbols are already available via Denali feed?

Is it possible to pay the US$10,5 extra just to have NYSE stock data and nothing else?

First, yes, you can use both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the same time. Refer to the information here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/RealTimeDataFeedsAvailableFromSierraChart.php#UsingBothDenaliExchangeDataFeedAndSierraChartExchangeDataFeed

Therefore, you have your information correct, in that you will need to pay an additional $35.50 per month for the U.S. Equities data. But as noted in the link above, you will receive a $10.00 USD credit to your account each month that you are using both data feeds.

Also, be aware that we are working on a new Equities data feed that should be available in a few months. That will be part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed so once that is available you will not need to worry about the dual data feeds issue. Refer to the information here:
Upcoming Data Feed Plans 2, New Exchange

With regards to the number of symbols, that is the total number of symbols being tracked by Sierra Chart through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, at one time. So it is just in relation to the U.S. Equities. If you will not be looking at data for more than 250 stocks at the same time then this is not something you need to think about.

That is great news, I suppose I am gonna wait a couple of months, then, til the equities are added to Denali.

I hope you offer an option to add equities data without depth of market, for the people who only needs level 1.

The stock data I have interest are the main NYSE and NASDAQ stocks like Apple, Amazon, Microsoft, Tesla, IBM, Citigroup, CAT, COSTCO, American Express, Boeing, DuPont, Walt Disney, Coca Cola, Facebook, General Electric, Goldman Sachs, Home Depot, Johnson & Johnson, JP Morgan Chase, Lockheed Martin, Mastercard, McDonalds, 3M Company, Morgan Stanley, Nike, Pfizer, Procter and Gamble, AT&T, Visa, Wal-Mart Stores, Exxon Mobil, Toyota Motors co., Uber Technologies, Fox Corp., Intel Corp., Netflix, Nvidia, Pepsi, Paypal Holdings, Starbucks, Twenty-First Century Fox Inc , Texas Instruments, Kraft Heinz, Electronic Arts, Ebay, CME Group, Adobe Systems, Analog Devices, Oracle, Merck and Co.

No definitively do not wait. If you wait, it is not going to come.
