Hi there, I already trade CME products, thus I use Denali for it. However, I will start trading US Equities products. For it, I will be using one instance for CME products and another instance of SC for Equities. Here follows my questions: 1) In order to trade both, I see that in addition to what I have now(Denali Data Feed and Exchange), I might have to also add Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and an Exchange, for example U.S Equities(NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX). Is that correct? 2)I saw the following instruction in the Real-time Data Connections section: For additional simultaneous real-time data connections to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, create a separate Sierra Chart account. This new account will be entitled to a 50% discount.
Is this action of creating a new account required in my case? 3) If only adding SC Exchange Data Feed and an Exchange is necessary, which connection should I use in Data/Trade Service Settings for the 2nd instance? Best Regards, Joao. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-02-01 12:14:55

1. In order to get the U.S. Equities data from us (Sierra Chart), then you will need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the U.S. Equities exchange. Refer to the information here: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed 2. This does not apply in your situation. You are not needing to access multiple instances of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. 3. The Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service would depend on what broker you are using for trading. If you are just using Sierra Chart for charting and not trading from it, then you would leave this as SC Data - All Services. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
