Hello,

I changed my data feed to Denali Data and when I changed the Futures Symbol (ESH21_FUT_CME), for every TPO for that symbol, the price axis has been multiplied by 100 ( see image).

Does not happen on any other chart or Volume profile chart for symbol.

How can I fix this please?

Follow the instructions here to apply the correct Symbol Settings to the chart:
Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts

And if you still have an issue, re-download the data in the chart:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

I went to "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".

Unfortunately it had no effect.

All the non TPO charts has the correct price axis values but any chart with TPO still have price * 100.

I opened a new Intra day chart and this loaded with correct price values. I added TPO and it was fine.

Strange: I changed instruments on the chart where the price axis was showing incorrectly and the new instrument is also showing price * 100.

Issue seems to be chart specific.

Yes that would be the next step to create a new chart. There must be an incorrect chart setting. Possibly this one:
Chart Settings: Do Not Change Symbol Settings for Chart on Symbol Change (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)
