Hi, I currently am on the CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account. However, when I open E-Mini S&P 500 chart it says symbol unknown and I cannot get live data. |

You need to translate the symbols to the current format. Use this Edit menu command for this: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service If you still have a problem, tell us the exact symbol of the chart.
