I have signed up for 5-Advanced 6-month on Jan 1, and took a 1 month free trial of Denali feed at the same time. As I plan to keep both and the data fees are due to kick in 1 Feb, what is the best way to set it up in subscriptions as it's a little confusing how this rolls over as a bundle. I can see 6-month 11-Advanced (including Denali) option but not sure how/if my active Advanced fees will roll into that. Should I select it or a separate option for data feed? Basically I just want both for 6-month and maximize the discount for a complete bundle. |

Sorry for the confusion. You could just leave your configuration as it is, but the best thing for you to do is to change your active service to Package 11 for 6 months. You can make this change on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices Just be sure that after you select the package you need to press the Update/Set button to the right. Do not press the Update and Renew Now button (pressing this button will add an additional 6 months). The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. One other item of note. You really should make the change to Package 11 on the last day of the month. That way, your Denali Feed will have been fully paid for in the current month and you will then be switching over to having it in Package 11 for the next month.

Ok, thanks. I'll change to package 11 on 31-Jan as you suggested. The question would be how much do I need to top up the balance to, currently it says "Your current Services Balance is 130.20 USD" and the 6-month package 11 total would be $268.80. Does that mean I need to add $138.60 now or is it some different amount? Does this include all fees for 6 months forward, or should I expect to be adding more for exchange fees? |

You do not need to put any funds in your account to make the change. As noted above, when you make the change your Usage Time End Date will change based on the differences in the package costs. In this case, your Usage Time will end a little earlier than it was previously, since you will be paying the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee in your overall package price instead of separately. Whenever the new end date comes around, then you will need to add funds to your account to make sure that you have enough to cover the new cost. This is correct, we have removed the 1 year discount. If you prefer to pay for a full year so you do not have to think about topping up your balance, then be aware that we will soon be offering the ability to automatically charge your credit card at renewal time.
