I'm new to the Dinali feed. I have been sim trading for few days to get the feel of it. This morning I went to live trading and all my orders are being cancelled as soon as I enter them.

Are the orders being rejected, or are they being opened and closed immediately. If they are being rejected, then look at the Trade Service Log to give you the information. You can post the information here for us to explain if it is not obvious what the problem is. If they are being open and closed, then look at the Trade >> Trade Activity Log to see why. That is all we need. It means that your account is not fully setup for some reason. We will look into this and get with AMP if we need to. We will let you know in this thread when it has been resolved.

Sorry, it is not that your account number changed. It is something in the setup for your Sierra Chart Order Routing that we need to look into. We are working on it, there is nothing you need to do until you are requested to.
