Hi there, This might be a simple issue to fix. For some reason when I press Cr-R the replay mode tab does not appear. I have tried updating sierra to the latest version, resetting windows (Windows > Reset Windows) I've even gone into the keyboard shortcuts to make sure that Cr -R is assigned to the replay mode tab... I'm out of ideas haha Please let me know how I might be able to resolove this issue. Thanks very much for your time. Kind Regards, Josh |

Using Window >> Reset Windows will definitely resolve this. We have never known a case where this does not work.
