I am using Numbers bars and I want to set the standard opening and closing time for CME Globex. This time is 17:00 CST to 16:00CST. I have attached a screenshot where this time is used. Is the start time 17:00 and end time 16:00? When I set this, the new session starts and it still displays today's date....which is not wrong, but for every new session, I would like Numbers Bars to have a new Column.

The only issue with your times is that you need to set the End Time to 15:59:59.

You definitely should have a new bar starting at 17:00 with how you have your settings. We would need to see a screenshot to understand what is happening. You can follow these instructions to get a screenshot:

Please see attached screenshots. Chart1 shows the daily chart via Numbers Bars. Chart 2 is the settings. As one can see, the settings are set correctly in terms of time. However, as we know, CME Globex is 17:00 to 15:59:59. That is fine. What is happening here in Chart1 is that trading at 17:55, for example is still under 1/27. This is not incorrect - so to speak as it has not past 0:00:00, however, I was under the impression that a new session would appear as a new bar. What date would you expect the new session starting at 17:00 on 1/27 appear?
