Hi I currently access SC as below _ AMP is my Broker - I pay SC directly for access to the platform, - have Service Pack 5 - Advanced, - use Denali feeds and - SC order routing Costing me USD87.20 per month When looking at your multiple Month Purchase Discount, even Service Pack 12 is only USD66 per month. My questions are a) can you please explain the difference in pricing as I appear to be paying more than the most costly access? b) Re Service Pack 12, what does "Advanced MBO" mean? c) is my current configuration the optimal? eg do I need SC order routing? d) is new Service Pack 11 or 12 is the same as my current configuration? Thanks in advance |

The main thing you need to understand is that the new Packages cost do not include the Exchange Fees. In your case, you are paying $31.20 for the Full CME Group with Market Depth Data. a) In order to do the comparison, you would either need to add or take out the exchange fees. If we ignore them, then you are paying $56.00 per month versus Package 12 which is $66. This is due to a discount that AMP is giving you on Package 5. b) MBO stands for Market by Order. Going forward if you are wanting to have access to the Market by Order data you will need the Advanced MBO package. Refer to the information here on Market by Order: Market By Order Data c) Your current configuration is fine. You are already using the Sierra Chart Order Routing service. d) It depends on whether you using the MBO data or not. We have not turned this off yet for all customers, so you still have access to it regardless of your package. So if you are using that data, then package 12 is the equivalent. If you are not using the MBO data, then Package 11 is the equivalent.
