I purchased the Package with Denali for 3 months and it still won't connect. What am I doing wrong?

You still need to go through the process of setting up the Denali Exchange Data Feed and selecting an Exchange. Follow the instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Note that you will skip the section entitled Activate Service as that is already done for your account.
